FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A Canton teenager has been booked into the Floyd County Jail on felony warrants charging him with rape, aggravated child molestation, and aggravated sodomy.

18-year-old Brentson Christopher Yarber was taken into custody in the jail lobby on Tuesday.

According to the warrant, the crimes occurred between August of 2020 and August of 2021.

Meanwhile, a Calhoun man has been arrested on warrants issued in Floyd County charging him with rape and aggravated sexual battery.

Jail records indicate that 22-year-old Henry Alex Vicente Velasquez was transferred to Floyd County from the Gordon County Jail on Tuesday.

The incidents date back to between August of 2013 and April of 2014.
