No serious injuries were reported in a two-vehicle wreck early Thursday morning on Turner McCall Boulevard.
According to Rome Police, a vehicle was in the process of turning when the collision occurred.
One of the vehicles lost a wheel, causing the driver to lose control.
That vehicle then traveled into the parking lot of Popeye’s where it struck a sign near the drive-thru and then the building.
The restaurant has been temporarily closed to make repairs.
Rome Police are investigating what caused the wreck.
