A 40-year old Aragon man is facing three counts of felony 1st-degree cruelty to children in connection with an incident dating back to June of 2021.
According to the arrest warrants, Christopher Wesley Roach caused a minor under the age of 18 excessive mental pain during an altercation by using vulgar and threatening language.
During the altercation, Roach was also in possession of a gun, according to the warrants.
