FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A 19-year old from Temple, Georgia was booked into the Floyd County Jail Monday on charges of child molestation, sexual battery, and statutory rape.

According to jail records, Savion Devontae Powell touched a 13-year old female in an inappropriate manner around November 21 of last year.

The incidents were captured on a cell phone video recording, according to the report.
