FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A Lindale man was arrested Monday after police say he attacked a woman with a baseball bat at his Reeceburg Road home.

According to Floyd County Jail records, 64-year old Barry Michael Mason struck the victim in the legs with the bat, causing marks.

Mason also grabbed the woman by the neck, making it hard for her to breathe.

He also pinned the woman up against a refrigerator.  

Mason is charged with aggravated assault.
