Businesswoman Jennifer Strahan announces bid for Congress

NEWS RELEASE

Republican Jennifer Strahan today launched her U.S. House campaign in Georgia’s 14th congressional district. A mother and small business owner, Strahan will be challenging Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene in the Republican Primary.

“Georgia’s 14th district deserves a representative who is focused on serving, not being a celebrity,” said Strahan. “There is too much at stake right now. Democrats in Washington – from Joe Biden to Nancy Pelosi – are infringing on our constitutional liberties, jeopardizing our national security, and threatening our jobs, but the 14th district is left without a real advocate or even a single seat on a congressional committee. We deserve better. I’m a no-nonsense conservative who knows how to get things done. As a congresswoman, I’ll make sure we have a seat at the table, bring real results back to the district, and put Georgia first.”

Jennifer is the founder of J. Osley & Co, a national advisory firm that partners with healthcare organizations to build efficient and effective solutions in order to drive better patient care and system sustainability. Under her leadership, the company has trained more than 3,000 individuals and delivered a bottom-line impact of more than $20 million while improving patient experience and overall clinical care.

Jennifer has also held various leadership positions in the healthcare industry, including System Executive Director with Wellstar Health System, Director with VHA Georgia (now Vizient Southern States), and a consultant with the Advisory Board Company. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and a doctorate in Healthcare Leadership.

Jennifer and her husband, Bowen, have been married for 17 years and have one son.
