FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A Rome man originally arrested early Sunday on charges of criminal trespass and public drunk is facing additional charges after fighting with officers at the Floyd County Jail.

According to jail records, 28-year Hayden Lee Tucker fought four officers and attempted to strike one of them.

Tucker also allegedly bit one of the officers during the altercation.

Tucker is charged with unlawful acts of violence in a penal institution, felony obstruction, simple assault on a law enforcement officer, and simple battery on an officer.
