The former McHenry School property will be auctioned off later this month.

J.L. Todd is auctioning the property for the Floyd County Board of Education.

According to the listing, the property consists of around 8.8 acres, buildings with large rooms, and a gym with plenty of parking.

There will be an open house for potential buyers on July 14.

The auction will be on July 29.

The primary school closed in 2019, but the buildings were most recently used for Pepperell Middle School students during the construction of a new middle school.
