If you live in the Old Lindale Road area, you can expect power outages Monday.

Georgia Power will be repairing and or replacing transformers on Old Lindale Road between Douglas Street and Tennessee Avenue near the Kellogg’s Plant.

In order to accomplish this, the power to that area will be temporarily shut down from 8 am until 1 pm.

They will have large trucks and other equipment in the roadway during this process which could significantly impede local traffic flow in the area.

Please do not call 911 to report power outages.
