The Floyd County Board of Education will discuss funding for the school system from the American Rescue Plan when they hold a called meeting Monday morning.

Georgia is set to receive more than $4.2 million dollars for K-12 schools from the $1.9 trillion dollar relief package signed by President Joe Biden on March 11.

The school board will also approve any personnel changes that they may have during the called meeting which begins at 8 a.m.
