FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

An inmate at the Floyd County Jail is facing charges of simple battery against a law enforcement officer, unlawful acts of violence in a penal institution, and obstruction.

According to jail records, 36-year old Hosea Mac Henderson Jr. punched a deputy in the face, leaving a bruise Monday evening.

Henderson has been in jail since May of 2019 after he was arrested for allegedly trying to strike a man with a machete.
