Woman accused of marking threats, fleeing from police

A 33-year old Rome woman was arrested Tuesday after she entered the property of Rome High School on Veterans Memorial Highway when told not to.

According to Floyd County Jail records, 33-year old Jessica Noel Jackson also made violent threats.

Police say Jackson failed to yield to an emergency vehicle that had its siren and blue lights on before running a red light and attempting to flee from police.

Jackson is charged with terroristic threats and acts, criminal trespass, obstruction of officers, fleeing or attempting to elude, reckless driving, running a red light, and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
