FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A 25-year old Rome woman was arrested Sunday after she allegedly attacked a man with a hammer at her Southern Street residence.

According to Floyd County Jail records, Shania Alexandria Walker Harding struck the victim’s vehicle with the hammer while the man was inside.

Harding was also found in possession of a glass smoking device containing suspected methamphetamine.

She is charged with aggravated assault, criminal damage to property, possession of meth, and possession of drug-related objects.
