A video on social media caused a stir in Rome on Wednesday.

The video showed white nationalists marching at the joint law enforcement center downtown.

The March did occur, but it was nearly four years ago.

As people continued to share the video, the City of Rome was prompted to issue a statement which read:

“The video that surfaced today on Twitter of a National Socialist Movement rally was referenced as a current event, but it is not, it was an assembly that took place on April 23, 2016.”
