A Cave Spring man is facing charges of terroristic threats and acts and elder intimidation.

According to Floyd County Jail records, 39-year old Ashley Lee Hendrix of a Park Street address told a third party that he would burn the house down with his grandfather inside.

Hendrix also stated he did not care for his grandfather, according to the report.
