Floyd Medical Center is helping parents get a jump on the 2020-2021 school year.

For just $25 you can get a sports physical for your student-athlete.

Without a sports physical, students will not be allowed to participate in their favorite activities. Get ready for game day now at a convenient location and for a convenient price.

While sports physical forms are available from school systems, some medical offices might have the necessary forms available.
