FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A Rome man was arrested after allegedly going into someone else’s residence on Alabama Highway and then exposing himself to two women in the home.

According to Floyd County Jail records, 31-year old Derek Wayne Potts of a Woods Road address then went to his truck, got a gun and pointed it at the victims.

He then left the residence and came back with a rifle.

Potts was charged with terroristic threats and acts, public indecency and public drunk.
