FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A Rome man and an Aragon man were arrested Tuesday on felony warrants charging them with aggravated assault.

According to the warrants, 56-year old Donald Dwen Hamilton of a Morningside Drive address used his pickup truck as a weapon when he rammed the victim’s vehicle.

Hamilton then left the scene and was additionally charged with hit and run.

Meanwhile, 60-year old Stanley Lydell Hamilton of a Wax Road address shot at the victim with a BB gun.

The incidents occurred on September 1 at a location on Lookout Circle.
