We have received multiple reports of traffic lights out on Highway 411.
Power lines are down on Burnett Ferry Road near Alto Park and also near Blacks Bluff at Livingston.
Reports of low hanging lines also near the Coosa area.
Multiple reports of trees down in various locations.
If you must drive, please do so with caution.
Police and Fire are responding to closed road reports and other conditions caused by severe weather.
According to the Georgia Power Outage map, there are more than 70 power outages in Rome/Floyd County and Cave Spring affecting more than 1,700 Georgia Power customers.
The most significant outages are on Barker Road, Radio Springs Road, Blacks Bluff Road, South Avery Road, Cave Spring Road, and along Highway 411 in the Cave Spring area.
