FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
Four people, including two Gordon County residents, were arrested on 4th Street in Shannon on drug charges Saturday night.
54-year old Billy Anthony Bennett of Rome, 54-year old John Hugh Perry of Calhoun, 31-year old Heather Lee Headrick of Sugar Valley and 52-year old Beverly Suzanne Sipple of Rome are all charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and possession of drug-related objects.
Bennett, Perry, and Headrick are also charged with possession of meth with the intent to distribute.
Bennett and Perry are additionally charged with drug trafficking.
Bennett and Sipple were charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Perry and Sipple are additionally charged with crossing the guard line at the jail with drugs.
Perry is also charged with tampering with evidence.
