Two people were arrested at their Melody Lane home Saturday on child cruelty charges
According to the arrest warrants, 21-year old Steven Hanson grabbed a 2-year old child around the neck, causing substantial markings.
Hanson is charged with 1st-degree cruelty to children.
Meanwhile, 24-year old Amu Nicole Casey is charged with 2nd-degree cruelty to children.
She is accused of being deceptive about the injuries caused to the child by Hanson, who is her boyfriend, and did not seek medical care for the child.
