Additional charges for a local teen charged with robbery.

Earlier this week, 17-year old Tynerious Dequanderon Chambers was booked into the Floyd County Jail.

He is accused of taking $80 from a 16-year old victim on North Division Street on June 4.

Chambers is now also accused of assaulting that 16-year old victim during the robbery and has been charged with aggravated assault.

Chambers had been lodged in the Polk County Jail since June 10, when he was arrested in connection with a drive-by shooting on Ladue Avenue in Cedartown.

That shooting left an 18-year old injured.
