FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

Two inmates are each facing a felony count of interference with government property following an incident at the Floyd County Jail on Saturday.

According to jail records, 24-year old Dustin Warren Ballard of Silver Creek and 23-year old Dylon Turner baker of Ellijay are accused of flooding their cell twice, once using the sink and toilet, and the second time by breaking the sprinkler head in the cell.

Ballard and Baker were two of the alleged “Ghost Face” gang members who charged last week in connection with a fight at the jail that left other inmates injured.
