FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A Rome teenager was arrested Wednesday on felony warrants charging him with robbery with a gun.

According to Floyd County Jail records, 17-year old Jacoby Deshun Smith of a Ross Street address was arrested by sheriff’s deputies at an apartment on Spring Creek Street.

Additional details concerning the arrest were not available at the jail on Thursday.

Smith was also charged with possession of a pistol or revolver by someone under the age of 18, criminal use of an article with an altered identification mark, theft by receiving stolen property and misdemeanor obstruction of officers.
