A 28-year old Rome woman was arrested Thursday on a felony warrant charging her with theft by taking.

According to the warrant, Harley Blake Carroll stole $22,301 from New Horizons Treatment Center on Chateau Drive.

The alleged theft(s) occurred between January 16 and April 24 of this year.
