FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A Rome woman is facing felony charges after allegedly fighting with a Rome Police Officer at her Gaddy Drive apartment Saturday.
According to Floyd County Jail records, 30-year old Pamela Ann McFadden resisted as she was being detained for an investigation.
She put her right hand on the officer’s throat and pulled the radio earpiece out of the officer’s ear.
The incident was witnessed by three children.
McFadden is charged with aggravated assault on a police officer and felony obstruction, as well as misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and 3rd-degree cruelty to children.
