A 53-year old Cave Spring man has been indicted by a Floyd County Grand Jury on a rape charge.
According to previous reports, Guy William Sewell raped a woman at a location on Floyd Street earlier this year.
Sewell was arrested in April.
The Grand Jury also returned an indictment against a man accused of robbing a convenience store back on April 21.
According to police, 51-year-old Jamie Bernard Worthy entered the Kangaroo at 1502 Martha Berry Boulevard, attacked the clerk, broke into the cash register and stole $60.
Other indictments handed down last week included 18-year old Justin Tylor Huie of Rome for enticing a child for indecent purposes.
Huie, who was arrested in Rome, allegedly picked up a 13-year old girl and took her to a location on Loveless Street for the purpose of having sex with her.
